I know it’s been a bit quite around here lately, and I thought I should explain why, and what you can expect in the coming months!
Early last month my husband was offered a job in Arizona! I’ve been spending a lot of time decided what to do with the business, and I think I’ve come up with a good plan!
Nothing should change when it comes to the pattern end of the business, except pattern production will probably be a little slow over the next 2 months or so! You will still be able to buy patterns from Etsy, Ravelry and Craftsy. Since my husband will be working full time, pattern production will hopfully get a lot quicker starting in August!
The hat end of the business will be changing just a little bit! Here’s some info on the shows in Utah I will be at through the end of the year:
- I will still be at the Gardners Market in Logan off and on through the end of June. I will be back for the last time on Labor Day, September 1st.
- I will be in Park City twice this year at the Park Silly Sunday Market. The dates for those shows are Sunday, August 12th and Sunday, September 2nd.
- And finally, I will be in Salt Lake at Craft Lake City on Saturday, August 11.
I will still be selling hats at the Quilted Bear in Ogden as well! They will be there all year.
And you can always buy hats through my Etsy shop – www.sweetkiwicrochetshop.etsy.com There isn’t a lot listed there right now, but by October the shop should be fully stocked, and you’ll be able to order any hat through the site! The prices will be the same as they are at the local shows.
So there you have it! Life is a bit crazy right now, and probably will be for the next couple of months, but we’re grateful that we both have work, and I’m so glad that the business will keep running as well! If you have any questions, please feel free to email me!
